Usage statistics
VisitLens records basic product events such as page views, selected cities, opened attractions, selected travel dates, source clicks, and submitted reports. A random session code is stored only for the current browser session. We do not use advertising trackers or store IP addresses in analytics records.
Visitor reports
A report contains the attraction, accessibility status, construction impact, visit date, optional explanation, and submission time. Reports are stored for moderation and may be published without identifying information.
Contact messages
If you contact us, we store your email address and message so we can respond. Contact details are not sold or used for advertising.
Technical logs
Unexpected browser errors may be recorded with the affected page and technical location. Rate limiting temporarily uses an IP address in server memory to prevent abuse, but it is not written to the VisitLens data files.
Retention and requests
Data is retained only while needed to operate and improve VisitLens. You can request access or deletion through the contact page.
